The technical staff of DYNAMIC ANALYSIS (DA) focuses on the
application of computational methods for the solution of dynamic
problems. DA's analytical expertise encompasses the following fields:
linear superposition structural analyses, computational fluid dynamics
(CFD), nonlinear system analysis, and coupled analyses including
fluid/thermal/structural, kinematic/dynamic-structural, FSI and solver
coupling that involves the development of FLUENT-ANSYS and
FLUENT-Algor heat flux/temperature transfer routines. Our staff, most
of whom have Ph.D.-level qualifications, includes experts in the
fields of dynamic fracture, solver manipulation, model reduction and
preprocessing techniques.
The computing resources of DA include a 16 processor Linux cluster supercomputer as well as numerous engineering workstations with maximum RAM and SCSI disks.
